Live Chat

For general queries regarding new quotes or active policies with us please use our Live Chat facility by clicking the "Live Chat" icon at the bottom right hand corner of your screen.

Our skilled agents are logged in to help you between 08:30 and 17:15 Monday to Friday. We cannot process adjustments or cancellations via live chat - please send these through the online form.

Outside our normal business hours we will not be available on live chat, but it's ok! Simply complete the online form for anything you need.

If no agent is available or there is a queue, you will be informed immediately.

MyAccount Self Serve

Introducing our new self-service platform! Currently available for Eversure Excess, Camera and Cycle Customers only. You can access your policy documents and manage automatic renewal online.
